We had a leaky roof and a few spots that were being mitigated by tarps. 1st they sent out a couple of guys to see if they could assess the problem and fix it, in my case it was beyond the quick fix stage. They still took steps to reduce the leaks and informed me with what I had already guessed I needed to have a tear off and replacement. The crew was very courteous and informative. Once the roof was completed back up to the roof we went and they went over everything and gave opportunity for questions etc and explained the things that were fixed/repaired above and beyond standard tear off and replacement. The crew was very thorough each day in cleaning up the area and on the final day I walked around the house 3 x with the guys and we only found a few small things that were missed on their first round. All in all great job. I would not hesitate to do business with Orion again and have already started recommending them to co-workers.
