Step 1: Consultation & Guardian Roof Evaluation

Every project begins with a comprehensive roof consultation.

Most initial consultations are performed by our owner, Jason, or by a roofer he has personally trained — not commissioned salespeople. Our estimators started as roofers. They understand how roofs are actually built, not just how to sell them.

During your evaluation, we:

• Assess the overall roof surface and visible decking condition
  
• Evaluate the existing roofing system that will be removed and replaced
  
• Conduct a detailed ventilation review (attic condition, inflow & outflow balance)
  
• Determine whether a full tear-off or recover method is appropriate
  
• Take precise measurements for transparent pricing
  
• Review upgrade options specific to your home

Step 2: Detailed Written Proposal & Ventilation Plan

After your evaluation, we prepare a detailed proposal built around our Guardian Roof System and streamlined Signature Package.

Your proposal includes:

• Photos and summary of your current roof condition
• Recommended replacement method
• Project-specific ventilation plan and recommendations
• Complete scope of work
• Included materials
• Optional upgrades (if applicable)
• Pricing and warranty details

We’ve simplified our offering into one strong, durable configuration — the Signature Package — so you don’t have to compare confusing tiers or navigate upsells.

Throughout this phase, you continue working with the same team who evaluated your roof. When you have questions, you’re speaking directly with the people responsible for your project.

Step 3: Scheduled Installation with On-Site Supervision

Once you’re ready to move forward:

• Sign the agreement
• Submit your deposit
• Select your shingle style and color
• Confirm your installation window

From there, we coordinate materials, scheduling, and preparation.

During installation:

• Ownership oversight remains involved
• A dedicated field supervisor manages your project
• Crews follow strict safety and workmanship standards
• The jobsite remains clean and organized
  

We replace the existing roofing system with a properly installed new system built to protect your home for decades.

Step 3: Final Walkthrough & Warranty Documentation

After installation, we:

• Conduct a final walkthrough
• Complete a quality inspection
• Document the finished system
• Provide warranty documentation and close-out materials

Your relationship with us doesn’t end on installation day.

We include complimentary roof inspections at Years 5, 10, and 15* to help ensure your system continues performing as designed.
