Great job! Our new roof looks fantastic (love the look of the ridge caps) and the guys that were here took such care to keep the site neat and clean. The driveway and patio look better than when they started! Their tools and materials were stored away before they left each day and there was never trash blowing around. They worked really hard in some pretty terrible weather conditions to make sure our house was protected. We recommend Orion Roofing 100%!

Good clean work at a reasonable price.

They had roofed two of our neighbors homes so we knew the excellent quality of their work. They were terrific. They removed our cedar shake and left absolutely no debris. Very clean. They even watered the plants in the planter boxes boxes when cleaning up. Our new roof looks great.

The company was very easy to work with, they returned my calls, showed up when they were supposed to, and did what they said they would do. Crew was courteous, cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me informed on what was being done and what was left to do and its timeframe. Everything was superb. Jaclyn was awesome and more then willing to help and go out of her way for you. Orion was the only roofing company that did not try to sell us a new roof, but in turn made the necessary repairs and saved us thousands of dollars as well! Our realtor also took notice and I would be expecting some referrals in the future as well! Thank you so much!

The technician came over to review our problem - corroded rubber gaskets on vent pipes that allowed water to drip into the house - and took a photo of the problem. Later, on the appointed day, he showed up right on time and completed replacing all six vents within the two-hour estimate. He answered my wife's and my questions courteously and was professional through and through. We will call Orion in the future for all roof issues we will have in 'sunny' Oregon. A-plus service for a very fair price. Can't ask more than that!

A big ticket item like a new roof is always a concern as to whether you are going to get good service, a good product, and professional workmanship. I got all three and for a very fair price. The big bonus was the courteous manner extended to me by the person doing the estimate and the polite and respectful attitude of the roofers. They take pride in doing it right!

Everything was good from the estimate of a new roof to the completion. The prices were reasonable, the people courteous, and the work done correctly. The roofers were very pleasant to deal with and even helped me out with a small amount of debris removal. They took pride in doing their job well.

We needed a complete tear-off of our shake roof, replacing with architectural shingles. I got 5 bids, 2 from small local operations, 1 mid-size, and 2 large companies. While Orion's initial bid was the highest, I pointed that out and they became very competitive.

From day one, I couldn't have been more pleased. The crew showed up on time. My son and I went over final details with Bob Mann, and off they went. After 4 days, the new roof was on and looking good. When I got home after the 5th day, there was no trace that they had been here. All planting beds were raked clean and no debris was found anywhere.

They only use salaried workers, so no day laborer liability for the homeowner. They also clean up after themselves every evening before they leave.

The crew was courteous and very hard working. I have already recommended Orion to friends and neighbors. Great company to deal with and absolutely NO SURPRICES.

I love these people, they are very caring, honest, hard working and fair. There is nothing bad i could say about them. We had a situation where a tree damaged our roof and the tree contractors insurance was paying for the repair. I received 3 quotes, the low quote did not even notice the broken rafter and structural boards, the high quote was outrageous and apparently wanted to replace about half of my roof. Orion roofing showed me the damage, discussed how they would repair it, kept in touch during the entire process, and waited for the insurance payment so i did not have to pay out of pocket. I absolutely will call them when it is time to replace my roofing. Thank you so very much for being so kind while i was stressed out, you kept me calm 🙂

Orion(then j Vaughan roofing) replaced our roof 16 years ago. I did all the work of 4 estimates and thoroughly checking roofing businesses and references at that time. We have been delighted with our experience with them so when my mother's roof needed replacing, I called them right away. Bob Mann, the same project manager who handled our roof, was still there and handled my mom's roof. Everything went perfectly, the price was fair, their cleanup meticulous and she is extremely pleased with the results. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I strongly recommend contracting with Orion Roofing and Sheet Metal. It's a great company to do business with, considering their highly qualified, honest and professional staff. After obtaining several estimates to repair a leak over my low-slope front porch, Orion's was the most realistic and reasonable. They gave no recommendation requiring expensive, additional unnecessary material and labor...ie, replacing half my roof at nearly triple the cost. I recently hired Orion Roofing & Sheet metal to tear off and re-roof an apartment complex that I own. We previously went with another local company that claimed to have experience working on flat roofs and commercial buildings but obviously they didn't. The roof failed and we had to redo the whole thing. We did a lot of research before picking another company fix the mess and I'm sure glad we went with Orion.I felt safe going with a company that's been around for 20+ years under the same name & same CCB they started with. Their track record looked great on paper but once I met with the guys I was even more impressed. Jason, Pedro and the crew were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, organized and kept the property in pristine condition during the project. I was very impressed with their product knowledge and overall professionalism. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them.
